Sterile Processing Onboarding: 4-Week Foundation + 90-Day Practice

Build a foundation in sterile processing, then connect learning to supervised workplace practice across a 90-day onboarding pathway. Days 1–30: existing four-week lessons on roles, safety, infection prevention, decontamination, preparation and packaging, sterilization, storage, quality and records. Days 31–60: guided practice and evidence collection using the appended W05–W08 activities. Days 61–90: varied work, exception handling, gap closure and a task-specific scope review using W09–W13. Start with Calendar and Course Objectives, then the 90-Day Roadmap section. Each new practice week includes learning notes, supervised activities and a formative self-check.
